Students may cancel or reschedule up to two classes per term. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled class by email to qc@thestudyplus.com. Additional absences will be considered attended unless supported by a valid medical certificate or other acceptable documentation.
Refund applications must be submitted before the third class appointment. No refund requests will be accepted after more than two classes have taken place, subject to applicable law. Course withdrawal must be communicated in writing by email.
Post-dated cheques must be settled within 15 days of the cheque date. If payment is not received within this period, Study Plus reserves the right to submit the cheque to the bank for collection.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and progress tests and complete assigned homework. Classes start promptly, and time lost due to late arrival will not be made up.
Students must behave respectfully towards teachers, staff and other students. Study Plus reserves the right to dismiss students for harassment, misconduct or disruptive behavior, subject to applicable law.
Student photographs, testimonials and examination results may be used for promotional purposes with appropriate consent from the student or parent/guardian, as applicable.
Study Plus reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on the website.
